A Message from the CEO of Ma'ale Adumim Foundation
A strong community is built on vision, commitment, and people who believe that more can and should be done. Ma'ale Adumim Foundation operates from a deep sense of mission to strengthen the city of Ma'ale Adumim and create real opportunities for all its residents.
We invest in education as the foundation for a better future – promoting excellence, reducing gaps, and providing the younger generation with the tools to realize their dreams. In welfare, we act with sensitivity and responsibility for families in need of support, based on a community perspective that sees every person as a world in themselves. In absorption, we accompany new immigrants and new families on their path to optimal integration in the city, and in culture, we strengthen spiritual and creative life as a central component of quality of life. Alongside all these, we also work to strengthen security, understanding that a sense of security is a necessary condition for prosperity.
All of this is made possible thanks to a strong partnership with our dear donors in Israel and abroad, who choose time and again to take part in meaningful and impactful work. The Foundation's Vision and Goals
The vision of Ma'ale Adumim Foundation is to establish a strong, safe, and cohesive community where every resident has an equal opportunity for growth and personal fulfillment. The Foundation views the city as a shared living space built on mutual responsibility, social responsibility, and active civic engagement, operating from the understanding that true resilience is built through a combination of quality education, supportive welfare, effective integration, and stable community safety.
The Foundation's goals focus on strengthening the field of education by promoting enrichment and excellence programs, supporting educational frameworks, and providing equal opportunities for every child. In welfare, the Foundation provides sensitive and professional responses to families and populations in need of support, and works to reduce social gaps. In absorption, we accompany new immigrant families in their integration process, strengthening their sense of belonging and encouraging community involvement. Concurrently, we invest in strengthening community security and resilience through initiatives that support a sense of safety, emergency preparedness, and urban cohesion.
The Foundation sets a goal to operate with full transparency, measure effectiveness and social impact, and ensure that every donation and resource is directed where it is most needed – for a safe, value-driven, and prosperous future for Ma'ale Adumim and its residents.
